In this project, Grace has looked at the general and local impacts on the fishing industry and how the rapid decline in numbers of fishermen and political economics has had a knock on effect on the decline of the fishing industry. She has documented the decay of fishing trawlers and the abandonment of fishing equipment using monochrome to create an unsettling and negative feel to make the viewer aware of the damage that has been done to the industry.
